Registration

1. -Registration fee: ¥15,000
   

2. -Registration fee includes the cost for all the meals and drinks (except the dinner on Oct. 8) and a copy of the proceedings of the meeting.
   

3. -Please pay in cash at the registration desk (in the beginning or during the meetings).
   

4. -Registration form can be downloaded from this page. Please fill the form and send it to the following e-mail address.
   

Accommodation

1. -We have prepared a hotel (Arcadia Ichigaya) near the campus of HOSEI University.  ==> Please visit the homepage of Arcadia Ichgaya (Japanese version only)
   

2. -Accommodation fee is ¥8,000 (without breakfast) or ¥9,050 (with breakfast) a night for a single room. If you want another type of room (twin room, double room, deluxe twin room), please tell us it in the registration form.
   

3. -We can reserve yourlivepage.apple.co.jp rooms from Oct.6-9. If you want to stay before Oct. 6 or after Oct.9, please tell us it in the registration form.
   

4. -If you want to stay at some other hotel, please reserve your room by yourself.
